Browse to www.go4schools.com and from the Login menu choose Schools login:
GO 4 Schools provides different methods for staff login; your school will have decided which of these methods are allowed, so you might not find all available to you.
Logging in with Single Sign On (SSO)
Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft can be used if you are logged into your school's Google or Microsoft account.
Subject to your school enabling the SSO on GO 4 Schools and you sharing external authentication with GO 4 Schools. Providers may require multi factor authentication as per your school's security policy.
When you use this method, the first time it's used an email will be sent to you to verify your email address. You'll need to click on the link in the email to finish logging into GO 4 Schools. On subsequent logins, you'll be able to log straight in without further verification.
Logging in with Email Address and Password
On the login page, click the link First-time User tab if you've not set a password for GO 4 Schools before.
In the Email address field, provide your school email, and click New password:
An email will be sent from no-reply@go4schools.com to the address you've submitted, it will contain a link for you to follow and continue setting up a new password. The link will only be valid for one hour. Please follow the rules on the page for your password, for example, it must use a special character listed. For reference, the full criteria is:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Have not been previously used on GO 4 Schools
- Contain the following:
- At least 1 uppercase character (from A - Z)
- At least 1 lowercase character (from a-z)
- At least 1 numerical character (from 0-9)
- At least 1 special character (from @ # $ , % ^ & *)
From now on, you can log in by entering your email address and password in the login fields on the Schools login page.
If you do not receive an email, please check your junk folder, and if no email has arrived then your email address may not be registered with GO 4 Schools, in which case please contact your school manager.
Password expiry and resetting your password
Your school can control how often you need to reset your password. In order to reset your password you'll need to know your current password. If you have forgotten this, you can get a password reset link to your email by first logging out of GO 4 Schools, then using the Forgotten password tab on the login page.
Logging out
In the top right hand menu - click on your User Name, then Logout.
